We are a licensed Florida real estate brokerage located in beautiful Downtown Orlando, Florida. We offer real estate agents a place to practice real estate without having to pay the astronomical fees associated with joining third party associations that the Broker may be a member of.

We understand the hard work it takes to get a real estate license and that many people have different situations in life that don't allow the initial investment typically required to practice real estate. Most Brokers are members of the board of realtors® and therefore require their agents to become members as well. Although the board of realtors® offers Agents plenty of useful services unfortunately for over 80% of new real estate licensees, the initial investment is simply not affordable.

We offer our agents the ability to practice real estate without paying any board of realtors® dues or any other third party membership fees.  

We are committed to helping our agents succeed and offer hands on face to face and virtual training from our convenient Downtown Orlando Office.
